Give the Kids a Great Night’s Sleep


One of the keys to a great night’s sleep is establishing a bed-time routine with the children.

First, set a consistent sleeping and waking time. Then minimize distractions and anxiety makers (school work, TV, computers, arguments) and make the room a comfortable place. Finish up by tucking the kids in bed and reading a soothing book like Sleepy Safari.
